Terms of purchase

You must be over 18 years of age or have your guardians’ approval to place an order on Alpyfy. When you place an order, you accept our terms. You also approve our personal data policy and agree that we save your data.   

After you place an order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, the email address you specified in your order. It is an automatic email and is only a confirmation that your order has been received with us. Check your order confirmation so that your order has been correct. If you discover anything wrong, contact our customer service as soon as you can on the “contact us” page or via email hej@alpyfy.se. It is extra important that you check specially ordered products so that you have entered the correct information for the product, such as name and date, and check spelling. It is not certain that your order will have time to be changed or stopped after your order has been placed if your order has already been forwarded to our warehouse. It is important that you provide the correct name and address so that your package is sent to the correct address.

Prices
VAT is included in the price by 25%. Should there be obvious errors such as the wrong price, we reserve the right to adjust the error afterwards. We always contact you at your email address you provided in your order if we discover an error that we need to correct. You can always cancel your order if you are not satisfied with the corrected price.

Delivery outside Sweden
It is possible to order from Alpyfy to other countries outside Sweden. Contact us at hej@alpyfy.se and we will tell you more!

Klarna
Choose invoice, account, VISA Mastercard or internet banking, all without fees.
Klarna guarantees your goods. So you never have to pay if you have not received your goods.
Through Klarna, you are offered various options for payment for purchases made at affiliated stores. Klarna presents certain information to you as soon as you are identified. The information you need to enter to achieve identification may vary between different purchases and customers. No credit information is ever taken directly from Klarna, but if necessary, the payment option you have chosen. Credit information taken by Klarna does not affect your creditworthiness and can not be seen by others who request credit information about you, such as banks. After you have been identified, Klarna shows which options are available to you. Invoice is the default payment option, but you can of course freely choose one of the other options such as direct payment via bank or payment by card. The options you are offered may vary from time to time. You can choose whether you want to protect your use of Klarna with a PIN code.

 

Complaints and right of withdrawal
It is appropriate for you as a customer to check the arrival of the delivery to verify that it is correct and error-free. In the event of a complaint, the customer must contact Alpyfy’s customer service via e-mail: hej@alpyfy.se and state the order ID and reason for the complaint. Defective products returned to Alpyfy should be treated as if they were defective. In all types of returns, it is extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it does not risk being damaged. For private consumers, the Consumer Purchase Act applies. Alpyfy reserves the right to replace defective goods with equivalent in cases where identical goods are not available.

Private consumers have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days according to the Distance Contracts Act. We have raise this to 90 days. According to the said law, the right of withdrawal only applies if the product and its original packaging can be returned in a substantially unchanged condition. If the item has been handled so that it has lost its full value, the refund will be deducted. Original packaging must be reusable. The product must be in such condition so it can be sold again. Alpyfy reserves the right to deduct the depreciation. It is important that shipping notes are not affixed to the original box.

If the consumer wants to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must contact us at hej@alpyfy.se. Return shipping is paid for by the consumer. 

Transportdamage

If an item from Alpyfy is damaged during transport, regardless of whether the damage is clearly visible or hidden, this must be reported immediately to the shipping company.

Force Majeure
Incidents such as war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decisions, non-delivery of subcontractors, costly circumstances and similar events beyond Alpyfi’s control, which could not reasonably be foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure, which means that Alpyfy is released from its obligations to fulfill agreements entered into.

Other
Alpyfy reserves the right to change all information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications and product offerings, without prior notice. In the event of a final sale at the stated price or due to the expiration of a sale item, Alpyfy has the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amounts paid in the best way. Alpyfy shall also notify the customer if a replacement or equivalent sales item is available.

Delivery time
We send your package within 1-3 working days after placed order, this applies to all our products. In unique cases, we reserve 7 working days after placing an order. Due to Covid-19, our delivery time can be anywhere from 1 – 7 working days.   

Multiple shipments
Sometimes we may send your order in several packages and also as several shipments. This can mean that the packages arrive on different days. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the shipping company. Deliveries are announced via SMS (primary) or e-mail (secondary). Packages remain with agents 14 days after notification.

Product deviation

There may be minor deviations in the colors you see on the computer screen as they do not always correspond to reality. It depends on how well your computer monitor is set up.

Damage to packages and uncollected packages
If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the carrier and report a damage. Do not pick up a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the transport company’s handling, you must contact them and make a claim report. If any dispute with the transport company can not be resolved, please contact us.

For uncollected goods, a fee of SEK 200 per package will be charged. This also applies if your order is divided into several shipments. If your package has been returned but you still want your order, you can place a new order on our website.

The Personal Data Act
Your personal data is handled in accordance with current provisions in the Personal Data Act (GDPR).

Other
We reserve the right to make errors regarding price and product specifications and shipping prices.
